Brett McKinnon – Director / Salon Co-ordinator @ Paddington.
Brett’s 23-year history with the industry has seen him occupy a myriad of roles including hairdresser, salon owner, respected educator/trainer, and most recently, business development manager for a selection of Australia’s leading salons. Brett has now settled in as a Suki owner / manager and salon co-ordinator – the hands behind vital daily management and client relation matters that collide in aid of the ultimate salon experience.

Brett Albury - Technical Director @ Paddington
Since his induction as co-owner of Suki Paddington, Brett has implemented infectious passion for colour and education. The main man of Suki’s education department, Brett cultivates the team with creativity and finesse. As a member of L’Oréal Professionnel’s H3 team, Brett delivers knowledge on Europe’s latest techniques to Australian stylists keen on progressive hair design – this, combined with previous experience as state education manager for a leading hair colour company, ensures his clients receive beautiful, shiny, manageable hair.

Chad - Senior Stylist @ Paddington
Winner - Australian Hair Fashion Awards NSW Hairdresser of the Year 2008
Thanks to Suki’s fervent relationship with fashion, Chad has successfully emerged as one of Australia’s sought after session stylists. Frequently requested backstage at Australian Fashion Week by some of the nation’s leading fashion houses, Chad has developed great rapport with style on both a professional and personal level – traits that result in a growing clientele devoted to fashion forward hair design with a tailor made approach.

For six years Julia has spread laughter and enthusiasm throughout Suki realms whilst setting new standards and expectations within the culture. Julia’s session work has featured in the likes of Marie Claire and VOGUE whilst her styling has paraded on the runways of New York and Australian Fashion Weeks. Julia’s induction into the Australian Fame Team 2008 is further testament to her capacity with hair.

From sexy length to a funky bob or Mia Farrow inspired pixie cut, Clayton is notorious for molding style suitable to his clientele’s lifestyle and personality with the season’s must have looks – a talent that has earned the creator a position on L’Oréal Professionnel’s 2009 national education tour; the L’Oréal Professionnel ID. Clayton shows no bounds in the creativity arena and pours generous amounts of time and effort into the style development of his peers and clientele.

Leona - Senior Stylist @ Paddington
With six years experience and an entourage of awards up her sleeve, Leona proved the perfect addition to Suki’s victorious culture. Donned with curly red locks, Leona loves and understands the styling and colouring of curls – which products work and why. Proudly, Leona’s industry niche is bridal hair – a talent that has been showcased on TV and throughout a string of bridal magazines.

Jackie
Long-term Suki Newcastle ambassadors may remember the energy of Jackie. The notorious party-starter spent six years with the industry leaders before London called - a beckoning that resulted in a two-year stint feeding and acquiring skills from international stylists and fashion movements. Now, Jackie re-joins the Suki crew in Paddington, and enjoys assembling technical know-how with perfectionism in the deliverance of state-of-the-art hair design.

Jennie
A love- affair with Australian shores brought Jennie down under three years ago where she caught wind of suki’s creative niche and soon elected to call Sydney home.
She has quickly become a favorite among suki’s fashion forward clientele

Sandy Chong - Director / Senior Stylist @ Paddington
Sandy Chong is a key influence behind the respect that Suki and Australian hairdressing revel in today. The voice of reason and enterprising manager fuelling the inimitable Suki culture, Sandy believes in the fundamentals of hairdressing – both technically and professionally – and exercises these as a stylist and industry council member.

Shaleena demonstrates a fetish for the relationship of fashion and hair, via constant involvement with forerunning forums dedicated to setting trends ahead of the majority. Entrenched in the industry for four years, Shaleena has defined luxury for hair as Kerastase Ambassdor for Suki Newcastle. Shaleena has immersed herself into the heart of Australian fashion as assistant behind the scenes at Australian Fashion Week.
