Suki Newcastle is looking for a part time salon co-ordinator to facilitate the front of house duties.

This role requires the ability to multitask and to think quickly on your feet. Experience in the hair and beauty industry is an advantage. The successful applicant will need to co-ordinate appointments, organise staff duties and be adaptable for client relations. We welcome new staff members to enjoy the beautiful environment of suki Newcastle with a fantastic team of talented hairdressers.

*This position will require availability on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

*A $50 deposit is required to secure appoinments for all new clients, redeemabale on service. Missed appointments or bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a loss of deposit. Suki reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments.

	Brett McKinnon – Managing Director @ Paddington Having worked in the Hairdressing industry for more than 25 years in such diverse roles as stylist, educator, business development manager and salon owner. Brett’s passion lies with creating the ultimate salon experience for both our clients and the team at suki paddington. Brett is responsible for all the day to day running of the salon as well as client relations and team development.
	Brett Albury - Technical Director @ Paddington As co-owner of suki paddington Brett is continually implementing his infectious passion for colour and education. The main man of Suki Paddington’s education department, Brett cultivates the team with creativity and finesse. As a member of L’Oreal Professionnel’s education team, Brett delivers knowledge on Europe’s latest techniques to Australian stylists keen on progressive hair colour and design. Brett was one of the first hairdressers in Australia to complete with distinction level the L’Oreal Professionnel/Swinburne University Diploma of Salon Management which gave him the highest level of education on hair colour available in this country. 	Meg- Salon Co-ordinator / Manager @ Paddington For a non-hairdresser Meg has more experience in the running of a busy salon than most trained hairdressers. Meg had previously been salon co-ordinator of Brett McKinnon’s salon in the Southern Highlands. When Meg decided to move to Sydney the Bretts made sure that Suki Paddington was her professional destination. Meg’s efficiency and skill makes sure that your visit to suki runs as smoothly as possible.
	Leona - Senior Stylist @ Paddington With over ten years’ experience and an entourage of awards up her sleeve, Leona has proved the perfect member of Suki’s victorious culture. Donned with curly locks herself, Leona loves and understands the styling and colouring of curls – which products work and why. This has resulted in a cult following of curly haired clients, many who had never been able to manage the curls prior to seeing Leona. Leona is also an in demand session stylists who has styled for many of Australia’s top fashion labels including Little Joe and One Teaspoon. 	Tiffany - Senior Stylist @ Paddington Having trained at one of Auckland’s most renowned salons Bettjemen’s, Tiffany brings to suki a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of hairdressing. Tiffany has quickly built a reputation in Sydney for her beautiful colour work and styling. Tiffany completed her L’Oreal Professionnel Colour Degree whilst in New Zealand and regularly represents suki at fashion shows and seminars. 	Maria- Senior Stylist @ Paddington Maria’s hairdressing career was born and bred at suki Paddington and after many years at suki Maria decided to spread her wings and travel as well as work as a successful session stylist doing bridal/ event styling and fashion work. Maria has now re-joined her hairdressing family at suki paddington to the delight of her many clients and her fellow team members. 	Lisa – Senior Stylist @ Paddington Lisa joined suki Paddington from renowned New Zealand salon Seville’s and has very quickly become one of suki’s most sought after stylists and colourists. Lisa with her calm and relaxed persona has a wonderful ability to make her clients feel instantly relaxed. With over six years’ experience, Lisa brings a variety of talents with a specialty in blondes and long hair as well as a passion for men’s hairdressing. An accomplished artist as well as highly skilled hairdresser, Jennie now combines her time between running her art business ‘Hiccup Art’ and looking after her loyal clientele at suki Paddington. The voice of reason and enterprising manager fuelling the inimitable Suki culture, Sandy believes in the fundamentals of hairdressing – both technically and professionally – and exercises these as a stylist and Chair of the Australian Hairdressing Council. 	Andre – Salon Co-ordinator @ Newcastle For 15 years, Andre’s role ensured major advertising and media campaigns ran smoothly for one of Sydney’s leading advertising firms. Now at suki for over 10 years, her organisational and people skills, Andre conducts Suki’s continuously productive hairdressers, spoiled clients and smooth running salons.
